something special
The master bath shower includes a heated mirror for easy shaving.
Updated grays and whites give the kitchen new beauty.
The shower grew larger and gained privacy behind a new enclosure.
The room feels much more spacious after we swapped the large tub deck for a serene free-standing soaking tub.
A rhythm of triple mirrors and sconces centers on the seated makeup vanity and allows for plenty of well- balanced light.
Layering gray on gray textures adds interest to the new shower enclosure.
Floor to ceiling storage with a mix of amenities and drawers create a highly functional closet.
The powder bath just needed a simple refresh to be light and inviting.
We relocated the cooking function to the back wall of the kitchen, leaving plenty of room on the island to spread a buffet for a crowd. A new picture window with no mullions maximized the view and allowed the sink to shift off center inconspicuously for better access to corner storage. On the opposite wall, we shifted the refrigerator away from the dining doorway to allow better passage. Replacing the counter area here with all tall cabinets eliminated a typical clutter spot and maximized pantry storage.
We removed the old-fashioned tub deck, creating an oasis of space around the free-standing tub. Framing walls around the shower added privacy and a sense of symmetry to the tub’s focal-point placement. Beyond the bathroom, we combined two closets into one large walk-in closet with plenty of floor to ceiling storage.
