We had so much fun creating this custom Murphy bed designed for a guest room!

The piece features a drop-down desk on the front, allowing the room to function as a workspace when the bed is tucked away. We designed this piece to incorporate a sentimental family heirloom—a myrtlewood desktop made by our client’s father. While the original desk couldn’t be fully salvaged, we preserved what we could and integrated it into the drop-down desktop, turning it into a meaningful focal point of the bed.
