As we step into a new year, I wanted to pause for a moment and share a look behind the scenes at Maughan Design + Remodel. The past year was a meaningful one—full of milestones and craftsmanship.

This year marked 30 years in business for Maughan Design + Remodel—an anniversary that prompted reflection on the relationships, homes, and people that have shaped our work.

We also celebrated a personal milestone close to my heart: Crystal Ludwick, our Head of Design, marked 20 years with the company in October! She began as an intern and has grown alongside Maughan, helping shape both our design department and our culture. Her leadership, integrity, and care are felt in every project.

In addition:

• We were named to Qualified Remodeler’s Top 500 for the fourth year
• Two of our projects were featured in the December issue of St. Louis Homes Magazine, highlighting thoughtful hidden and custom storage solutions
