The best place to begin is to select your appliances. Once you have decided what size refrigerator fits your family, for instance, – or if you would prefer a range vs wall ovens and a separate cook top – your basic layout can be completed. Every other choice you have to make depends on your appliance decisions. So it’s the logical place to begin.
Also, because every appliance showroom offers a slightly different mix of manufacturers, be sure to visit two or three before deciding which brands and models you will want to be using on a daily basis. Working with a designer who knows your needs and goals means you will make choices that you’ll be happy with for years to come.
